Senior GRC Consultant — Federal & Complex Frameworks

Mission of this role:

• Serve as deep technical authority for the most demanding frameworks: FedRAMP, CMMC, HITRUST, and the NIST family.
• Own delivery for engagements where the customer's contractual or regulatory standing is directly on the line.

Where you'll leave your mark:

• Deliver FedRAMP readiness, CMMC assessments, HITRUST r2 validation, and NIST 800-53/800-171 implementation.
• Build reusable IP such as control-mapping libraries and SSP templates calibrated to federal requirements.
• Own commercial outcomes including pricing, margin, and capacity forecasting for your engagement book.

The kind of builder we're looking for:

• 5+ years in federal/defense compliance consulting or as an ISSO/ISSM, with actual ATO or CMMC certification experience.
• Domain mastery of FedRAMP, CMMC, HITRUST, NIST 800-53, NIST 800-171, and NIST CSF.
• AI-enabled workflow proficiency to reduce manual effort and translate expertise into reusable templates.
