Senior Auditor (Internal & External)

The Senior Auditor will review staff work day reports and complete investigation procedures each week. They will plan and manage periodic onsite and offsite audits and investigations, and carry out confidential on-ground investigations against specific employees or operational areas. The auditor will maintain reports of all audits and investigations, identify fraud, and investigate until closure. They will also review expense submissions by calling vendors to assess authenticity and develop quarterly and ongoing training to improve managers and FOs ability to detect and mitigate fraud. The role involves protocol and compliance review, including cash disbursement, transportation safety, stakeholder engagement, security reporting, and internal/external communication guidelines. Furthermore, they will liaise with governmental agencies to obtain required approvals and provide technical supervision and guidance to the audit and investigation unit.
