About The Role:
- Own measurement and reporting across the product lifecycle, from evaluating the impact of new feature launches to tracking KPIs.
- Partner with Product Management, Product and Engineering Leadership, the Data team, and the Outcomes team.
- Serve as an analytical advisor for our member survey infrastructure, shaping how we collect, structure, and interpret experience data through Qualtrics.
The Team:
- Operate as an embedded member of the Data team within the Product organization, working closely with both groups.
- Key stakeholders include product management, product and engineering leadership, and the member outcomes team.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 3+ years of experience in product analytics, data analytics, or a related role.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and dbt for integrating data across multiple platforms.
