Senior Developer Experience Engineer I

As a Senior DevEx Engineer, you'll be a key member of the Developer Experience team building and maintaining internal tools that enable our product engineers to be efficient and self-reliant. You will maintain and improve platform tooling systems and contribute to technical discussions. The role involves guiding less-experienced team members, delivering well-tested software, and taking a proactive approach to problem-solving. Responsibilities include collaborating on project milestones, communicating with stakeholders, participating in on-call rotation and incident reviews, and developing testing to maintain quality standards. The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of DevOps experience, hands-on experience with Go, Javascript, Docker, and AWS. They should be comfortable with Linux/Unix environments, Terraform, and have a growth mindset. The role requires experience sharing knowledge across teams, strong testing skills, and facilitation skills. Additional requirements include a focus on iterative development and experience using KPIs to drive observability, monitoring, and alerting.
