About the Role:
- Pull structured facts from long, free-text documents with every assertion tied to a reviewable citation.
- Join an established extraction practice on the analytics and AI engineering team within a secure government cloud environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain traceable pointers from extracted facts back to exact source passages and validate cited support.
- Distinguish stated totals from derived sums in financial narratives, retaining contributing items and calculations.
- Work with entity resolution and retrieval teammates to ensure usable extracted facts downstream.
