Job Description
Talent Acquisition & Editorial Support:
- Maintain a network of publicists, talent reps, and industry contacts.
- Generate guest ideas based on editorial calendars and cultural moments.
- Identify potential editorial risks and escalate when necessary.
Talent Negotiation & Booking:
- Secure commitments from talent, confirming appearance details.
- Negotiate terms of appearance, including segment framing and talking points.
- Serve as the primary liaison between production and external talent teams.
Required Qualifications & Key Competencies:
- 10+ years of experience in booking, talent relations, or editorial production.
- Strong network of publicists, reps, authors, experts, and analysts
- Highly organized and able to manage multiple bookings simultaneously.
