Project Control Analyst II

The finance team manages finances, billing, and budgets, ensuring compliance with regulations. Agile Defense, Inc. is seeking a full-time Project Control Analyst II. Your responsibilities will include establishing business relationships with internal and external customers, creating and maintaining project/billing files, ensuring proper billing formulas, and developing project budgets and forecasts. You will also create accurate invoices in Cost Point, input invoices into WAWF, assist with annual budgets and contract closeouts, and follow up on payment discrepancies. Additionally, you'll perform monthly reconciliations, review billable expense reports, analyze financial data, and prepare reports and projections. Knowledge of FAR and experience with T&M, FFP, and CPFF contracts are required. Work is primarily conducted from home, with occasional travel to headquarters.
