MDM Lead

The MDM Lead will be responsible for defining and executing the master data strategy across the MSP’s service portfolio, including IT infrastructure, cloud services, cybersecurity, and network operations. This role ensures the integrity, consistency, and governance of master data to support service delivery, customer experience, and operational efficiency. Key responsibilities include developing and leading the MDM strategy for core data domains, collaborating with various teams, implementing and maintaining MDM tools and processes, defining and enforcing data governance policies, leading data quality initiatives, overseeing integration of master data, monitoring data quality KPIs, mentoring data stewards, collaborating with stakeholders, and leading business awareness.
