Senior Data Scientist

Be the first Senior Data Scientist to join our Central Data Team. You'll have the opportunity to build our data science function from the ground up and lead the charge in developing advanced data products that will directly fuel our Product & Marketing strategies. The groundwork has been laid with a powerful data platform with Snowflake, dbt and Sigma at its core. Collaborate with stakeholders to understand their needs and identify opportunities for data science. Design and develop a wide range of custom-built solutions, including LLMs, predictive models for forecasting, recommendation systems, and running causal inferences. Design operating models that leverage AI by integrating automation and predictive insights. Work closely with the Data Engineering team in the creation of scalable ML pipelines. Establish best practices for data collection, storage, processing, analysis and model deployment. Contribute to building Remote’s data science culture and processes.
