Data Analyst II

Spark is seeking a Data Analyst II to join our data team. Historically, the medicare distribution industry has had a lack of transparency, but Spark is on a mission to change that. You can be a key part of the change by helping Spark build robust analytics that power our business insights and decision-making. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with stakeholders across the organization to understand their data needs, building dashboards and reports, and conducting analysis that drives product and business decisions. As a Data Analyst II, you'll focus on translating business questions into analytical solutions, building interactive dashboards, and conducting deep-dive analyses that inform strategic decisions. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business teams to ensure our analytics capabilities meet both current needs and support future growth.
