Overview:
- Provide production support and maintenance for enterprise apps on Google App Engine.
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis.
- Own deployments and feature enhancements across environments.
Microservices:
- Manage service boundaries, APIs, and inter-service communication.
- Coordinate multi-service releases and ensure independent deployability.
- Implement observability, SLIs/SLOs, and alerting.
Requirements:
- 10+ years in application support or cloud engineering.
- Strong GCP and App Engine experience with microservices.
- Proficiency in Python, Java, Node.js, or Go, and SQL.
