About the Role:

• We are seeking a 0.5 FTE Senior Clinical Research Associate (SCRA) to join our Belgium team in a remote/home-based capacity.
• You will ensure clinical trial quality, data integrity, and regulatory compliance across assigned oncology sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct remote and on-site monitoring, source document review, and data verification to maintain inspection readiness.
• Manage protocol deviations, investigational product accountability, and site training/delegation documentation.
• Collaborate with site personnel, project teams, and sponsors to support successful study delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree, RN, or equivalent with experience in clinical research monitoring and oncology (including RECIST knowledge).
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in local language plus fluent English.
