Job Description
Analyzing AI model outputs: Assess model responses to ensure compliance, safety, and adherence to guidelines. Identify instances of refusal and determine necessity of refusal. Identify toxic content and explicit material.
Reviewing compliance with policy: Review model responses for compliance with project-specific policy guidelines. Ensuring accuracy in borderline violations. Strictly follow complex policy guildelines.
Additional responsibilities: Shift between refusal, toxicity, and policy workflows as needed. Make objective decisions. Navigate ambiguous or complex content.
