LTL Strategy Manager

Curri is seeking an LTL Strategy Manager to lead the expansion of their Less-Than-Truckload (LTL) offering. This role will be the go-to expert at Curri for all things LTL, owning carrier relationships, driving better pricing, and ensuring that our customers get the best LTL shipping experience possible. The role requires someone who thrives on building partnerships, loves negotiation, and knows the LTL market inside and out. The LTL Strategy Manager will acquire and onboard new LTL carriers into the Curri network, negotiate competitive rates, build and manage strong carrier relationships, source capacity and ensure quality service for LTL shipments, align carrier agreements with freight audit and pay processes, identify and win new customers for LTL services, serve as Curri’s in-house LTL subject matter expert, provide insights that shape the product roadmap and internal processes, and stay on top of market trends, regulatory updates, and NMFC changes.
