About the Role:
- This posting is for an India-based full-time engineer.
- You will become an integral member of a small team of engineers.
- You'll work throughout the product and stack to build new features.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and mentor engineering teams through coaching and career development.
- Own end-to-end delivery of engineering initiatives with predictable, high-quality releases.
- Drive architecture reviews, code quality, testing, CI/CD, and DevOps best practices.
Required Skills:
- Strong experience with PHP/Laravel or similar backend frameworks.
- Good understanding of Node.js (preferred).
- Experience with React or Vue.js.
