SR. IT Business Data Analyst

The Infrastructure Data Analytics function is an innovative program designed to promote data-driven decision-making and address advanced technology challenges for AbbVie employees. As an Sr. IT Business Data Analyst, you'll have the unique opportunity to explore, analyze, and visualize complex data from diverse sources to identify issues and trends that drive transformation across our global technical landscape. You'll work closely with system owners and business stakeholders to identify areas for improvement, offer fresh perspectives, and generate new business insights. You will resolve key project hurdles, identify trends, conduct cost analysis, and assumptions by effectively utilizing available information and technical expertise. You need to demonstrate high proficiency across a wide range of technologies related to storage, transfer, integration, visualization, and analysis of large and complex data sets. Also demonstrate deep knowledge of the pharmaceutical and healthcare business, and utilize this knowledge in the rapid advancement of agile, impactful, and cost-effective solutions. The role requires someone who is highly autonomous and productive in performing activities, requiring only minimal direction from or interaction with supervisor. It requires reports production with accurate and complete data and analysis. An understanding and adherence to corporate standards is required regarding applicable Corporate and Divisional Policies, including code of conduct, safety, GxP compliance, and data security.
