Job Description
Manage and optimize CTV performance marketing campaigns via programmatic platforms and Wurl’s proprietary tools. You'll partner with data science, and engineering teams to innovate and scale our performance marketing engine. Responsibilities include collaborating with cross-functional teams to support audience segmentation, predictive modeling, and data-driven bidding strategies. You will also track campaign KPIs such as cost per viewer (CPV), return on ad spend (ROAS), take rate, conversion rate, reach, and hours of viewing (HOV). Troubleshoot delivery issues across different ad servers and collaborate with their support organizations. Analyze ad logs to ensure campaigns’ accuracy and optimize performance. Inform ContentDiscovery product development with insights from campaign performance. Serve as a subject matter expert for ad tech infrastructure, tracking, and attribution.
