Multimedia Content Specialist

As a Multimedia Content Specialist assigned to a dedicated client, you’ll manage conversations, comments, and messages across social media channels while representing the brand with precision and personality. You’ll be responsible for tone alignment, accurate interpretation of customer intent, and maintaining a consistent voice across all touchpoints.

Social Engagement & Digital Interaction includes responding to comments, replies, and DMs across platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and X/Twitter; and maintaining the client’s brand voice, tone, and style across all written engagements.

Brand Voice & Content Alignment ensures every public-facing message accurately reflects the client’s communication guidelines. Adapt your writing style as needed to maintain brand consistency.

Quality, Consistency & Collaboration means consistently meeting response time and quality benchmarks; and participating in tone calibration sessions, brand updates, or coaching sessions with the client.
