About the OTC Team:
- We build the infrastructure that allows us to trade with various clients.
- As a market maker, Wincent provides the best price possible to these clients.
- The OTC team builds the platform and connectivity to deploy OTC business cases.
What We Expect From You:
- 5+ years of experience.
- Ownership & Problem Solving: We provide freedom to our engineers, so we expect you to be a “manager of one”.
- End-to-end Delivery Expertise: Engineering, system design, monitoring, performance tuning, and low-level optimization.
Compensation, Work Arrangement, and Benefits:
- We offer competitive, above-market compensation tailored to your expertise, seniority, and local residency.
- The typical base salary range is 80,000 € – 150,000 € per year.
- We prefer onsite collaboration in Bratislava but are open to remote work.
