SmarterDx is seeking a Manager, User Community & Engagement to build, nurture, and scale their user community by facilitating peer-to-peer engagement, serving as the voice of their users, and helping drive adoption, retention, and feedback loops. Reporting to the Manager of User Training & Engagement, this foundational role will help shape how users connect, learn, and grow with the AI-powered clinical insight platform.
As Community Manager, you’ll design and execute community strategies, plan and run events (virtual and in-person), moderate discussions, and cultivate relationships among users, advocates, and internal teams. Collaborate closely with Customer Success, Product, Marketing, and Implementation to create a rich, interactive community program that supports our users at all stages.
