The Graphic Designer will own design execution of high-impact visuals for performance-driving channels (Meta, Google, display, programmatic) and email marketing; create strategic, consumer-first designs that drive engagement and conversion while remaining true to our tone and brand identity. They will also develop & maintain scalable design systems and templates for performance marketing, email, and acquisition flows and integrate AI-powered tools (e.g. text-to-image, layout assist, content versioning) into the creative workflow to improve design efficiency, speed, personalization and ideation.
They will partner cross-functionally with Creative, Growth Marketing, Lifecycle and Project Managers to test and optimize creatives based on data-driven insights; support creative concepting with Senior Designers and leadership, transforming ideas into high-impact visuals; represent work in creative reviews and refine it with clear rationale and responsiveness to feedback; and balance multiple priorities across quick-turn projects and larger campaigns, maintaining speed and quality.
