Information Security Officer

The Information Security Officer supports Kiln’s VP of Security in defining and executing the company’s information security program. Acting as the GRC (Governance, Risk & Compliance) lead, the ISO aligns security strategy with business goals and regulatory standards.

Responsibilities include program leadership & governance by designing and running a scalable security program, developing and maintaining the security framework, defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs, leading risk management activities, and maintaining the risk register.

The role also involves vendor & third-party risk management, security awareness & incident management, and regulatory compliance by establishing compliance monitoring programs and partnering with legal and compliance teams.
