Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose workflow bottlenecks, then implement agentic automation, templates, and “golden paths” that reduce cycle time and deployment time while maintaining reliability.
  • Coach teams to apply AI-native development using Claude Code or other tools safely and effectively, pairing on real tasks, guiding PRs/diff review, and driving measurable improvements.
  • Design robust multi-agent workflows, including the use of commands, hooks, skills, and model selection for repeatable outcomes.

Qualifications:

  • Deep proficiency with Claude Code and/or Github Copilot applied to real-world codebases (multi-file changes, refactors, debugging, test loops).
  • Proven experience building agentic workflows (decomposition, tool-use, verification, parallel execution, recovery strategies) and operationalizing them for teams.
  • Strong software engineering fundamentals: architecture, refactoring, testing strategy, debugging , and pragmatic performance/reliability awareness.
