VP, Engagement Strategy

The VP, Engagement Strategy is responsible for ensuring the quality of strategic deliverables for your clients. You will be leading and overseeing a team of engagement strategists. This is a hands-on, roll-up-your-sleeves, see-the-big-picture, and understand-the-details kind of job. You will lead the creation of customer engagement strategies that align with the client’s business objectives and growth targets. You will lead and mentor a cross-functional team of engagement professionals to execute on engagement initiatives, and oversee the development of omni-channel engagement plans, personas, journey maps, ecosystems. You will clearly communicate and present ideas, POVs, and strategies to internal teams, clients, and prospective clients and collaborate with various internal departments to ensure alignment across all touchpoints, driving both short-term and long-term engagement initiatives.
