Senior Software Engineer (SAP ABAP)

Responsibilities:

• Perform SAP development activities in response to business requests to improve or add functionality to the SAP landscape, specifically HANA/ABAP with an emphasis on financial modules.
• Participate in implementation design and development activities that support business adoption of new SAP solutions.
• Deliver high-quality, Clean Core technical solutions that align with business requirements and NBCU development standards.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline, plus 3+ years of hands-on SAP experience including HANA and S/4HANA skills.
• Experience with SAP HANA CDS view and OData service development, including SQL and AMDPs.
• Knowledge of SAP Clean Core principles, RAP programming model, and ECC development using BAdIs, BAPIs, and more.

Desired Characteristics:

• Knowledge of SAP Build and SAP Build Work Zone, and awareness of embedded AI capabilities in SAP Build.
• Experience supporting order and contract management processes and using integration tools like Convergent Mediation and SAP BTP.
• Relevant SAP technical certification and practical knowledge of code performance rules for SAP HANA.
