Platform Data Manager

Data Platform Management:

-Lead the end-to-end management of the data platform, from ingestion to modeling and analytics delivery.

-Build robust integration pipelines connecting underwriting, claims, actuarial modeling, and external cyber data feeds.

-Enable business intelligence, predictive modeling, and risk insights by maintaining reliable data marts and semantic layers.

Data Governance and Compliance:

-Implement and oversee data governance, lineage, and compliance standards.

-Proven background in data governance within regulated industries.

-Ensure our data foundation drives smarter underwriting, faster claims, and stronger portfolio insights.

Team Leadership and Collaboration:

-As we grow, manage and mentor a team of data engineers, fostering best practices in cloud-native and DevOps-oriented data delivery.

-Partner with engineering, risk, and operations teams to define data models that align with business needs.

-Excellent collaboration skills with cross-functional teams (engineering, underwriting, claims, actuarial).
