Job Description

Lead the development and production releases of robust web application systems and intuitive solutions for our Right Payer Solutions product lines. Ensure timely delivery of high-quality development efforts and monitor and adjust plans to meet objectives. Oversee and guide development efforts leveraging C#.NET, SQL Server, Angular, and future development in Python, Rust, Ruby on Rails, Java, or Go to ensure adherence to best practices and architectural standards.

Collaborate effectively with data science and machine learning engineering teams to integrate models and analytics into production systems. Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand operations and prioritize technology solutions. Champion business process automation and continuous improvement. Foster strategic relationships with senior stakeholders. Apply retrospective insights to improve team performance and delivery velocity. Build self-sufficient Agile teams and support individual development through targeted growth plans.

Perform code reviews from team to determine employee productivity.
