Senior Data Scientist

The Data & Analytics division at Blip is responsible for empowering the company in generating knowledge, guiding it in data-driven decision making and driving innovation through data. The Data for Services area aims to generate value for our clients through the implementation of high value-added data services, with a focus on applied diagnostics, statistical modeling, predictive and prescriptive analysis. We intentionally work to boost customer satisfaction, strengthen the use of data from design on the platform, and promote hyper-personalized experiences. As a Senior Data Scientist, your main responsibilities will be: Conduct and lead advanced analytical studies, using statistical methods and Data Science to identify hidden patterns, predict behaviors, and maximize the value and strategic results of the business. Translate complex business problems into rigorous analytical hypotheses and high-impact data-driven solutions. Design, develop and operationalize cutting-edge predictive and prescriptive models (e.g. regression, classification, time series). Ensure the robustness and sustainability of models in production, applying MLOps best practices, model versioning, monitoring and automated retraining. Contribute directly to the evolution of the analytical architecture and the governance of data and models, suggesting improvements in processes, infrastructure and technical standards. Act as a technical mentor, disseminating knowledge and best practices of Data Science through workshops, code reviews, and leadership of complex projects. Stimulate and be an agent of transformation in promoting an analytical culture, ensuring that decisions across the company are based on high-quality evidence and data.
