Data & AI engineer

As a Data & AI Engineer at TrustYou, you’ll play a central role in turning raw data into intelligent, actionable features for our hospitality platform. You'll design, build, and scale AI-powered services that help our customers understand and improve their guest experience, from semantic analysis and trend prediction to LLM-enabled insights. You’ll work across data engineering, data science, and product development to deliver value fast and often. In your role, you will make an impact by designing, building, and operating AI-powered features using a mix of external services and in-house ML models. You will also be applying techniques like clustering, classification, forecasting, and semantic analysis to extract meaningful insights from text and structured data, collaborating with product managers, designers, and other engineers to turn insights into user-facing features. You will also design APIs and data services that deliver insights at scale across our SaaS platform and take part in product discovery and architectural decisions from the very beginning. Sharing your expertise and mentoring others across data, engineering, and product teams is also part of the job.
