Role & Responsibilities:
- Provide individual and family therapy sessions using secure telehealth technology.
- Conduct clinical intakes and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation within the electronic health record system.
Compensation & Scheduling:
- Earn $65 per billable hour for fully licensed clinicians (LCSW, LPC) or $45 per hour for those under supervision (LMSW, LPC-R).
- Work a part-time schedule with preferred hours on weekdays from 2 PM to 9 PM, with weekend availability as a plus.
- Manage a target caseload of 15 to 22 sessions per week for consistent supplemental income.
Professional Development & Support:
- Receive free clinical supervision for clinicians requiring it (LMSW, LPC-R).
- Access CEU reimbursement of up to $300 annually for ongoing learning.
- Utilize optional pathways to grow into mentoring or leadership roles within the organization.
