The Platform Analytics Engineer will lead analytics for the core product experience and own the full stack, from defining and modeling key metrics to analyzing behavior and running experiments that shape what we build next. This role is deeply cross-functional, requiring close collaboration with Operations, Product, Engineering, and Design to ensure teams have the necessary data, metrics, and infrastructure. Responsibilities include building clean, scalable data models in dbt, defining core metrics, analyzing user behavior, designing and evaluating experiments, and proactively identifying data issues and emerging patterns.
The candidate should have 5+ years in product analytics, advanced SQL skills, experience with dbt, Python experience, and a solid understanding of experiment design. The core product is where members engage, take action, and make progress.
