Job Description
AdOps Specialists provide operational support to Client Services (CS) teams, focusing on delivering our service packages, offering an ideal entry into the affiliate marketing industry. This role involves working across various sectors and industries via the Awin network. Key tasks include uploading offers and creatives to advertiser programs and assisting with communicating details to publisher partners. You will assist with producing regular reports, extracting, and manipulating data.
Additional duties include producing gap analysis reports, recruiting affiliates onto programs, conducting program audits, and monitoring affiliate performance for network compliance. Ad-hoc account health checks and competitor benchmarking will also be performed on request. A proactive approach to assigned projects and cases is expected, with issues escalated appropriately. You should have excellent English communication skills, be familiar with MS Office especially Excel and PowerPoint, and have the ability to handle multiple projects, showing impeccable attention to detail and a positive team-oriented attitude.
