The Ad Operations Specialist position is an excellent opportunity for candidates interested in learning about the operations of programmatic advertising, including campaign trafficking, strategy, and client-facing ad operations. Reporting to the Manager of Ad Operations, you’ll support the Client Services team in their day-to-day responsibilities.

This role will be responsible for the creation and delivery of the PlayStation Plus retention channel strategy, owning and optimizing key retention touch points, innovating solutions to drive customer renewals. The role involves collaborating with Product, Engagement and Payments alongside the wider PlayStation Plus teams to execute and build aligning plans at a global level.

Manage day-to-day ad trafficking, ensure quality assurance, and validate ad deliveries across client apps and websites. This role requires a detail-oriented professional who thrives on numbers, data-driven decisions, and working with ad servers, utilizing industry-standard ad servers (Xandr) and in-house toolsets to execute campaigns and optimize media and ad trafficking.
