As Canva scales change continues to be part of the DNA. As a Security Engineering Manager for Detection and Response you’ll be involved in: Lead a team dedicated to building, scaling, and enhancing systems that improve incident response to security threats. Act as a technical leader, using engineering expertise to guide project direction and execution. Coach and mentor team members to support their growth and capability. Ensure detection, logging, and automation systems remain top-tier within a cloud-native environment. Balance delivering technical outcomes with cultivating a high-performing, collaborative team culture. Collaborate closely with members across the Detection & Response (D&R) team and the wider security group. The Security Group is responsible for protecting Canva systems and data from information security threats.
