Role:
- This is a senior position within a specialized cyber investigations pod supporting a frontier AI research company.
- The focus is on preventing AI systems from being used by malicious actors to cause harm.
Responsibilities:
- Tackle high-severity escalations including ransomware, malware, exploits, and large-scale data scraping.
- Conduct threat actor and campaign analysis, evaluating dual-use scenarios and providing enforcement recommendations.
Requirements:
- 5+ years in cyber threat intelligence, incident response, digital investigations, or offensive security.
- Working proficiency in SQL and Python, with strong knowledge of MITRE ATT&CK and adversary tradecraft.
Work Setup:
- Remote position based in the US, with Texas residency preferred.
- May involve rotational escalation coverage, including occasional weekend or holiday support for critical incidents.
