Full Stack Systems Architect

Lead architectural governance rituals for products (PDCA, risk management, solution review). Manage the software architects' team, ensuring consistency in their actions and promote continuous improvement of architectural practices in accordance with technical maturity criteria. Support the architects' team in defining and monitoring Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs). Understand the Value Stream roadmap and anticipate the need for creating technical enablers. Communicate and align technical solutions with the client's team. Create and maintain a technical relationship with the client's technical team to ensure all requirements (functional and non-functional) are being met. Govern continuous delivery and continuous integration to deliver software incrementally and agilely. Negotiate and act as a trusted advisor for the client and the internal team in the implementation of technologies and processes. Bring innovative solutions to technical problems and ensure a stable and productive development environment. Manage technical risks and communicate them to the management team.
