Associate Salesforce Data 360 / Marketing Cloud Specialist

Key Responsibilities:

• Execute hands-on configuration of Data Cloud and Marketing Cloud components like data streams, identity resolution, calculated insights, and segments.
• Build and test ingestion pipelines, automations, and journeys under the supervision of a Lead Consultant.
• Support data quality validation, testing, and documentation while participating in client discovery sessions.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience with Salesforce CRM, Marketing Cloud, or Data Cloud, plus basic SQL proficiency.
• Working knowledge of data concepts and Salesforce certifications (or willingness to obtain within 6 months).
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow documented processes and escalate issues appropriately.
