Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Oracle HCM Compensation Architect to lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Compensation modules within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This role requires a deep understanding of compensation strategy, strong technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate effectively with both business and technical stakeholders. Key responsibilities include leading the design and architecture of Oracle HCM Cloud Compensation modules; gathering and analyzing business requirements from HR and compensation teams; configuring Oracle HCM Cloud modules; working closely with HR, IT, and cross-functional teams; and providing guidance and expertise on best practices.
