Vice President, Data & Analytics

The Vice President of Data and Analytics will modernize KIPP’s data systems and infrastructure to enable centralized processing of core data. They will lead the development and maintenance of robust business intelligence tools, dashboards, and data visualizations to support evidence-based decision-making across the Foundation and KIPP regions. This leader will set and execute a long-term vision for the Foundation’s data and analytics capabilities, establishing robust data governance and ensuring high data quality, integrity, and compliance. The VP will lead a 17-person Data & Analytics team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability. They will also promote a strong internal culture of data fluency and stay ahead of industry trends in analytics, AI, and data science, identifying new opportunities to innovate and expand impact.
