  • Design, pilot, and scale a coherent student development strategy that builds students’ knowledge, skills, and beliefs for college success across the secondary continuum.
  • Lead the research, design, and implementation of developmentally aligned assessments, interventions, and programming, with an initial focus on the junior year and a clear multi-year vision for expansion into grades 9–12.
  • Work closely with regional and school-based partners to ensure student development practices are high-quality, evidence-informed, and feasible at scale.

  • Play a pivotal role in strengthening and expanding KIPP's national network of college partnerships.
  • Serve as a regional expert who builds deep, strategic relationships with colleges and universities.
  • Lead the work to secure and deepen MOUs with institutions committed to strong access, affordability, persistence, and completion outcomes.

  • Implement and continuously improve the performance of College and Career Readiness and Access across a portfolio of high schools and regions.
  • Coach and mentor Regional Directors and High School Directors to improve counseling practices, implementation of One KIPP Match Program Practices, and student outcomes.
  • Monitor regional data on enrollment, matriculation, and estimated college completion to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
