Responsibilities:
- Build and manage a portfolio of college/university partnerships in the Western region.
- Develop, negotiate, and finalize MOUs with universities to increase KIPP alum enrollment.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure partnerships align with student needs.
Qualifications:
- 7+ years building and managing partnerships across a multi-state territory.
- At least 2 years of experience with MOUs or institutional agreements.
- Strong record of using data, setting ambitious goals, and working cross-functionally.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Salary range $124,800 - $150,000 with comprehensive benefits.
