Social Forums Manager

We are seeking a creative, data-driven, and execution-oriented Social Channel Manager for Reddit to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing our brand's presence and engagement on Reddit, building community relationships, operating both branded and non-branded community presences , increasing brand visibility, and driving traffic and conversions through strategic content, discussions, and advertising. As a Reddit expert, you will understand how to navigate the platform’s unique culture and guidelines to engage audiences while aligning with the company’s broader marketing goals. You must be comfortable not only designing strategy but also personally posting, seeding, and engaging within communities to influence conversations that impact brand reputation and visibility. Key responsibilities include strategy development and execution, content creation and management, community engagement and moderation, brand reputation management, performance analysis and reporting, collaboration, ensuring compliance, and platform best practices. The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of experience with a strong focus on Reddit, possessing a deep understanding of the platform, proven execution skills, an analytical mindset, community building experience, excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and adaptability.
