Responsibilities:
- Coordinate planning and execution of special projects directed by VHA Leadership Offices
- Align initiatives with enterprise priorities and leadership directives
- Establish and manage an intake process for new initiatives and special projects
Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field
- 8+ years of experience in program management, strategic planning, or executive-level support
- Experience supporting senior leadership in a federal or healthcare environment
Desired Qualifications:
- Experience supporting the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) or VHA
- Familiarity with DUSH-led initiatives or similar executive portfolios
- Experience with enterprise dashboard tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau)
