Email Marketing:
- Draft and proofread weekly email newsletters, ensuring error-free delivery.
- Segment email lists for targeted outreach and schedule campaigns in HubSpot and Beehiiv.
- Maintain database hygiene and review automated emails for updates.
Digital Community Support:
- Foster engagement through fresh content and meaningful conversations.
- Continuously improve the community experience by gathering feedback.
- Support event planning and logistics for in-person and virtual events.
