What You'll Do:
- Own Descript's social presence across channels like LinkedIn, X/Twitter, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts.
- Develop a content calendar, publishing cadence, and engagement framework to drive audience growth.
- Build a system to repurpose content and partner with content, PMM, and brand teams.
What You Bring:
- 3–5 years of social media management experience, ideally in B2B or hybrid environments.
- Deep familiarity with the current social media landscape and proven ability to build social systems.
- Strong writing and data-informed approach to optimization.
Success In This Role:
- Deliver a documented social strategy with channel prioritization and measurement framework.
- Launch Descript's employee advocacy program, including training and enabling tooling.
- Establish executive thought leadership support for at least 3 Descript leaders.
