About the Role:
- This is a hands-on, execution-focused role for a Social Media Manager to grow Smartsheet's presence across organic social channels.
- You will work closely with the social team and broader Digital organization, partnering with Creative, Campaigns, Comms, and Product Marketing.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan, write, and publish organic social content across LinkedIn, X, Instagram, and Facebook.
- Track, analyze, and report on social performance metrics to inform content strategy.
- Support influencer relationship management and social boosting efforts.
What You'll Bring:
- 5+ years of social media experience in a B2B or SaaS environment.
- Strong writing skills and proficiency with social media management tools.
- Analytical mindset with ability to work cross-functionally and adapt to fast-paced environments.
