Head of Data Implementations & Operations

We are seeking a Head of Data Implementations & Operations to join our Operations team. This group is essential to Garner’s ability to provide a seamless and accurate benefits experience for our members. We manage key data connections that support our products, including establishing new data feeds with healthcare carriers and performing continuous maintenance to ensure that claims, eligibility, and provider data remain accurate and reliable. Develop and scale the operational processes for data and network configuration, driving improvements in efficiency, quality, and timeliness to support Garner’s growth. Act as the senior leader for the data implementations function, serving as a point of escalation and representing the team in strategic meetings with key clients and partners.
