SIEM
Security Operations & Incident Response:
- Manage end-to-end incident response including containment, investigation, and root cause analysis.
- Own SIEM platform maturity: build detection rules, develop playbooks, and track response metrics.
- Monitor and triage alerts across Microsoft Defender and SIEM tools.
Vulnerability & Compliance:
- Drive vulnerability lifecycle including scanning, triage, and remediation tracking.
- Support audit readiness for SOC 2 and HITRUST with evidence collection and control execution.
- Administer Microsoft 365 data protection solutions including Purview DLP and sensitivity labeling.
Collaboration & Leadership:
- Partner with IT, Legal, and People & Culture to align security with business needs.
- Translate security findings into actionable remediation plans and investment cases.
- Contribute to board-level reporting with data-backed program status and risk posture.
