Job Description
Lead engineering delivery and support for all financial systems, including SAP Finance, Source to Pay (S2P), Order to Cash (O2C), and related non-ERP applications, ensuring reliability and scalability. Ensure system stability and performance during the company’s transition to a standalone environment. Oversee solution design and architecture, driving alignment with business objectives. Guide engineering teams and vendor partners, balancing hands-on technical leadership with effective people management and team development. Collaborate with engineering, product management, and business stakeholders to align technology roadmaps with strategic priorities. Establish and maintain best practices for system design, testing, release management, and operational support. Evaluate emerging technologies and platforms, ensuring financial systems can evolve in line with business needs and remain cost-effective, secure, and efficient. Prepare and deliver clear communications to leadership regarding program status, risks, and recommendations for achieving measurable business value. Drive planning and execution of future system transformations, including potential migration from SAP Suite on HANA (SoH) to S/4 HANA or other platforms, as business priorities dictate.
