The role includes reviewing share of voice reports, prepping the CEO for briefings, syncing with the social team on engagement, and working on company-wide email updates. It also involves drafting response plans, brainstorming activation ideas, and celebrating team wins. Responsibilities also include global leadership, brand narrative stewardship, media relations, analyst relations, social media strategy, MSP-centric messaging, executive communications, crisis communications, brand partnerships, and team leadership.
